How are WhatsApp messages counted?
Every message in the conversation counts toward your monthly allowance, whether it’s sent by the AI or the patient. This gives you a simple, transparent way to track usage while keeping communication smooth and efficient.
A patient sends 3 messages for booking an appointment: a greeting, appointment request, confirmation. The AI sends 4 messages: a greeting, a slot offer, a confirmation, and a booking summary → 7 messages used. Each automated reminder (24h + 1h before) adds 2 more messages. A typical appointment lifecycle = 9-10 messages in total.
How are AI voice call minutes counted?
Voice minutes are measured from the moment a call connects to the moment it ends, rounded to the nearest second. Unanswered calls and failed connections are not billed.
Typical appointment lifecycle = 2 minutes in total.
How many appointments does my Whatsapp allowance cover?
At 9-10 messages per appointment lifecycle (booking + 2 reminders):

What happens when I exceed my monthly allowance?
The service continues without interruption — your clinic is never cut off mid-month. Overage is billed at the end of your billing cycle at $0.04 per extra message and $0.18 per extra voice minute. You receive an email alert when you reach 80% of your allowance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
